Thank you for your interest in the City of Memphis Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program. The City of Memphis-Office of Contract Compliance is working diligently to make this City the opportunity gateway to attract and grow Small Business Enterprises (SBEs).

The B2Gnow system enables users to apply for City of Memphis SBE certification, search for City SBE certified firms, and easily interact with our City purchasing department and other agencies and authorities.

SBE certification is administered by the Office of Contract Compliance (OCC). The mission of OCC is to promote economic opportunities for SBEs and to eliminate barriers to their participation in City contracts. How SBE Certification benefits your firm:

Your certified firm is listed in the public Directory of Certified Small Business Enterprises
Your business attracts new business
Your business can access SBE procurement and/or contracting opportunities with the City of Memphis and other city connected projects
Your business can access the citywide network of services and support for SBEs: invitations for business development workshop webinars, classes and customized technical assistance targeted to SBEs.
You can access lending and bonding programs created for City of Memphis OCC certified SBEs.
Your business must renew annually
